mv-create-title-secondary\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t<ol><li data-step-index=\"0\" id=\"mv_create_497_1\">Add all the season for the chicken to a bowl and mix to combine.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_497_2\">Rub it all into the chicken thighs.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_497_3\">Spray a frying pan placed over a medium high heat with some cooking oil spray.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_497_4\">Once hot add the chicken thighs, and cook on each side until really golden and brown.
