mv-create-title-secondary\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t<p><strong>For the sweet potato:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"0\" id=\"mv_create_496_1\">Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan), 400f or gas mark 6<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_496_2\">Add the sweet potato to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add the seasonings and a spray of cooking oil spray and toss to coat.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_496_3\">Spread out on the tray evenly spaced and spray over the top with more cooking oil spray<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_496_4\">Place in the oven and bake for approx minutes until cooked and lightly golden. (approx 30-35 minutes)<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>For the Taco Ground Turkey<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_496_5\">Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat, add the ground turkey and fry until browned.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_496_6\">Add in the seasoning and toss to coat.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_496_7\">Add the tomato paste and water and stir until the turkey is evenly coated and cooked through. Approx 8-10 minutes in total.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>For the Spicy Tomatoes<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_496_8\">Spray a frying pan over a medium high heat with some cooking oil spray, add the onions and a pinch of salt and fry until translucent and golden.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_496_9\">Add in the garlic and red chilli flakes and fry for a further 30 secs to infuse the flavour, add a little splash of water to prevent burning\/sticking if needed.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_496_10\">Add in the can of chopped tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and tomato paste, and cook until it reduces down and thickens to a relish type sauce. Set aside.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>For the scrambled eggs<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_496_11\">Crack the eggs into a cold non-stick saucepan and whisk until all combined. (do not season).<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_496_12\">Add the pan to a low heat, and as they start to cooking, remove at intervals giving a gentle stir.  The eggs are ready when silky and creamy in appearance.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"12\" id=\"mv_create_496_13\">Season with salt and black pepper once cooked.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"13\" id=\"mv_create_496_14\">To make the taco breakfast bowl.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"14\" id=\"mv_create_496_15\">If you have made any of the components in advance like the day before, heat these up first, I normally do this while I am cooking the eggs.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"15\" id=\"mv_create_496_16\">Add a cup of baby spinach to a bowl with 25g of diced avocado, 6 halved tomatoes, chopped spring onions, then the taco meat, \u00bc of the spicy tomatoes, baked sweet potato cubes, and lastly your perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. Repeat with second bowl. Dig in and Enjoy.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"16\" id=\"mv_create_496_17\">If you want this to serve more, just double or triple up ingredients as needed, you will have some spicy tomatoes leftover if making for 2 as per the recipe.
