The paneer cheese really does need the oil to get that lovely sear on the outside and why compromise that, which is not too high once divided up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will notice in my recipes that I rarely compromise on ingredients to ensure that the food tastes good, it's all well and good omitting things. It's all about moderation.
