They are great for adding in some healthy vegetables. Also perfect for making in advance for lunch if you have some busy days ahead. Bear that in mind if you decide to use frozen broccoli instead of fresh, as it will release a lot more moisture. water and parboil for 1.5 mins.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_683_4\">Rinse under cool water and blot with kitchen paper.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_683_5\">Roughly chop into smaller pieces and add the dish and spread out.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_683_6\">Spray a frying pan with spray oil, add the onion and saute for 5 mins to soften.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_683_7\">Add this to the top of the broccoli<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_683_8\">Chop up the ham and scatter this on
