bake in the oven for approx 40 mins. A toothpick or skewer entered into the centre should come out clean.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_432_10\">Allow the cake to cool completely in a pan, then transfer to a wire rack and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>For the frosting:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_432_11\">Mix together the quark, juice and zest of the lemon and maple syrup in a bowl, until it becomes a smooth paste.
