There are various options out there for making a Slimming Eats friendly garlic bread, but none really cut it when those cravings get the better of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I've had great success making bread using my healthy extra of oats. The great thing about using oats is they are high in fibre and protein and are a whole food, so a much better option over white bread or heavily processed wholemeal bread.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Making the Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Oat Bread<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First I mixed the ingredients for the bread - oats, yoghurt, egg, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Simple ingredients, nothing complicated or unhealthy, and can even be gluten free if you use gluten-free oats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need a blender or food processor to grind the oats. I use&nbsp;the cups of my<strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #874149;\"><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2iLwe39\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nutri Ninja Blender with&nbsp;Auto IQ.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span>This blender is amazing. The auto IQ technology feature, mean it blends to a set pattern depending on what it is you are making. There is also an optional add-on for a food processor bowl, which is perfect for chopping and grating vegetables. Sauces and soups are literally so smooth, once complete in this amazing kitchen gadget. I also use parchment paper to ensure the bread doesn't stick and is easy to remove.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once baked, I left it to cool slightly and then scored it in diagonals, both ways, making sure not to slice all the way through. Then carefully open up each crack and give it a little spray of spray oil. I also sprinkle with a little pinch of salt into the scores (this is optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next came the mix for that amazing Cheesy Garlic Bread flavour.
