See how quick and easy that is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love simple and quick recipes like this, especially when it gets to dinner time after an extremely busy day and I want a dinner ready and on the table in minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What kind of shrimp is best for stir fries?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While tail on or shell on shrimp can look much more aesthetic in a dish, it can be annoying in a saucy type dish when you just want a spoonful with some rice and veggies without having to take off the tail each time you pick up a shrimp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So for this recipe I opt for some defrosted frozen raw large shrimp with the tail and shell off. But for this I prefer the shrimp in a nice volume of sauce so instead I cook some veggies to serve on the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My favourite vegetables to serve alongside this is some shredded sauteed cabbage and thinly slice carrot sticks. Super easy to cook and perfect for mopping up all that sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of great options are of course are<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/egg-fried-rice\"> Egg Fried Rice<\/a> <\/strong>or if you want to reduce the calories <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/egg-fried-cauliflower-rice\">Egg Fried Cauliflower Rice<\/a>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there is no reason why you couldn't enjoy this alongside some noodles or my Perfect Oven Baked Chips (Fries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some days when I want a really quick meal. I just dump a bag of stir fry veggie mix into the pan with a little spray oil and seasoning and will have that. We get a great mix here that contains cabbage, kale, broccoli stalks and carrots.
