Eeeek!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But shhhhhhh!! We haven't told the kids, we plan to surprise them on the morning we leave. Lots of soup making and freezing containers, which will all be handy for when we get back. I am sure it will take me a good few days to get back into a routine once home, so those are going to be a lifesaver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One item that needed using this week, was a bag of bean sprouts. I was originally going to make my Beef Chow Mein but then realized I also had some chicken thighs to use and well instead of making Chow Mein, I figured I'd give you a brand new recipe - Chicken Chop Suey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop Suey was always one of my favourite dishes to order from the Chinese. I love bean sprouts and did you know they are also a vegetables?
