Sriracha is so versatile and can be used in so many different recipes to add a bit of heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle it over rice, any protein or one of my favourites is over some perfectly cooked eggs in the morning, be them fried or scrambled, it's really delicious and one to try if you haven't already.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 id=\"can-i-use-other-protein\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can I use other protein?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to use chicken thighs in this recipe, as they stay nice and tender and add depth of flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to use chicken breast, that will be okay too, just make sure you sear it well to ensure it doesn't release lot of water into the pan which can dilute the sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other great proteins for this are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prawns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beef I find a bit rich for this sauce.
