Remove from frying pan and set aside.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>For the curry sauce:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_1054_6\">Spray the frying pan with more low calorie spray. Add the onion, garlic and ginger to the frying pan and cook for approx 5 mins until softened. Add the courgette and cook for a further couple of minutes.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_1054_7\">Add in the all the spices for the sauce (except for the cardamom pods and bay leaf).
