So all the yummy salads I planned for this week, kind of went out of the window and I decided I wanted soup instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I must admit I am usually one of those people that doesn't really eat much soup in the warmer months, but things have kind of changed over the last year. I think it was because I starting combining&nbsp;my soups with lots of little bites of other little things. Cheese, chicken, cooked sausage you name it would be great just scattered on the top for a delicious filling meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I went for some chicken thighs. I just season with salt, pepper and paprika and quickly cooked in a pan with some spray oil till lightly golden and cooked through.
