If you have made mine before, you will know I don't bother cooking the cauliflower first, like some recipes call for. It really isn't necessary, and I think the end result is much better if you don't.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cheesy-garlic-cauliflower-bread-9.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats - Son Free Cheesy Cauliflower Garlic Bread - gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\" class=\"wp-image-15933\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cheesy-garlic-cauliflower-bread-9.jpg 679w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cheesy-garlic-cauliflower-bread-9-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cheesy-garlic-cauliflower-bread-9-560x371.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead I just add the florets of a head of cauliflower to my food processor&nbsp;and use the&nbsp;chopping blade of my <span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2nVkTzJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nutri Ninja Complete Kitchen System with auto IQ technology<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to blitz up the florets. I love this blender and food processor. The auto IQ technology, means it blends or chops to a set pattern depending on what it is you are making. So cool!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For seasoning the cauliflower for this Cheesy Cauliflower Garlic Bread, I don't use anything other than salt, as you will be adding flavour with the garlic once the bases are ready to add cheese. So if not using them all on the day you make these.&nbsp;&nbsp;Just place on a plate and wrap with some clingfilm, then you can just heat in the oven as you want them. Keep squeezing until you get as much liquid as you can out from the cauliflower (This is really important).<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_671_4\">Add the cauliflower to a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_671_5\">Add in the parmesan and 3 eggs and mix till well combined.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_671_6\">Line a large tray with parchment paper (use two trays if you don't have a large one).
