I recently learned that they are offering an&nbsp;in-store dietitian through the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/izea.it\/ad6LTVQ\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"color: #874149;\">Zehrs Pharmacy<\/span><\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;to help with this kind of advice. &nbsp;They offer one-on-one nutrition counseling, in-store workshops, classes, demonstrations and other services. &nbsp;The dietitian also works closely with the pharmacist to help patients reach their health goals.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the things the in-store dietitian can help with are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anyone just generally looking to maintain their health and feel good but with no specific issues at present<\/li>\n<li>People struggling to find the time to fit in healthy eating<\/li>\n<li>New parents who want to come up with a healthy eating plan for their family<\/li>\n<li>New moms wanting to understand how to introduce their babies to healthy eating<\/li>\n<li>Advice on how to help manage chronic conditions<\/li>\n<li>For women who are experiencing menopause symptoms<\/li>\n<li>People with food allergies or intolerances<\/li>\n<li>People with digestive or bowel issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This weekend we visited a local store in Tecumseh, Ontario:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15301 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_0574-e1489336740720.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats - Eat How You Want to Feel: Loblaws Dietitian Program\" width=\"680\" height=\"930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_0574-e1489336740720.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_0574-e1489336740720-219x300.jpg 219w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_0574-e1489336740720-300x410.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_0574-e1489336740720-560x766.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We love this store, it has a fabulous selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and other goods.
