Well up until 2000, I had no clue either, but then at the end of my degree at university, I did a BUNAC summer placement at a Children's Summer Camp in Upstate New York. You then stick a marshmallow on a skewer and toast it at the camp fire, once toasted you add a square or two of chocolate (usually hersheys) to one square of graham cracker, add your toasted marshmallow to the top of that and then sandwich together with another graham cracker square and squish down so that the heat of the toasted marshmallow melts the chocolate - divine!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/smoresovernightoats2.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Smore's Overnight Oats - Slimming Eats and Weight Watcher friendly\" class=\"wp-image-14504\" title=\"Slimming Eats Smore's Overnight Oats - Slimming Eats and Weight Watcher friendly\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/smoresovernightoats2.jpg 679w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/smoresovernightoats2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/smoresovernightoats2-560x371.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>My&nbsp;kids love S'mores - so I just had to create a S'mores Overnight Oats and&nbsp;this didn't disappoint, it was really yummy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The s'mores overnight oats were sweetened with&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2j6ZJgY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sukrin:1<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, (a natural&nbsp;sweetener with no aftertaste), you can use any sweetener if you prefer.&nbsp;I then use mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and unsweetened cocoa powder. For the crumbled biscuit,&nbsp;I use a&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fancypantsbakery.com\/collections\/home-collection\/products\/brown-sugar-oatmeal-crunch-cookies-2-pack\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fancy pants brown sugar cookie<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. I bought these from Costco in the USA and&nbsp;they are soooo good. For those of you who can't get&nbsp;these,&nbsp;try to find a biscuit\/cookie that is similar, you want it around the 30&nbsp;calorie mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
