I use my awesome new&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2koAT8V\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ninja Duo Blender with Auto IQ technology<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;It is a super clever blender that features intelligent programs that combine pulsing and blending patterns, meaning there is no having to guess how long to pulse or blend etc. It's amazing. I used similar ingredients to these yummy&nbsp;<strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/red-velvet-pancakes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Red Velvet Pancakes<\/a><span style=\"color: #874149;\">,&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">which are amazing by the way. For&nbsp;sweetening, I use&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2kJEi3a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sukrin:1<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span>(a natural tasting sweetener), although feel free to use another sweetener of choice. I think it may of been at the Cheesecake Factory many years ago now.&nbsp;It definitely lived up to the expectation. It's a hard flavour to describe, it just tastes like Red Velvet Cake, there are no other words to describe it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enjoy 3 of these Red Velvet Doughnuts , So space them out through the day, or save them for the even to enjoy with a cuppa. You don't have to share them, but seeing as I made them with Valentines day in mind, it would be nice to let your loved one enjoy 1, 2 or maybe 3 also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure 180c\/350f (gas mark 4)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_701_2\">Place oats in a blender or food processor and pulse till fine.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_701_3\">Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix to combine.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_701_4\">In a separate bowl add the egg, yogurt, sukrin:1 (or other sweetener), water and vanilla extract and whisk till combined.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_701_5\">Add a couple of drops of red food colouring for the red colour<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_701_6\">Fold this into the oat mixture.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_701_7\">If your donut tray is not non stick you will need to grease.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_701_8\">Add the batter to 9 holes of the doughnuts tray and lightly tap the tray on the counter to evenly distribute<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_701_9\">Place in the oven and bake for approx 13&nbsp;mins (a tooth pick entered into the middle should come out clear).<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_701_10\">When you remove the doughnuts from the oven, allow them to cool slightly in the tray and then carefully remove using a silicone spatula by running it around the bottom.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_701_11\">In a bowl mix together the low fat cream cheese and fat free Greek vanilla yogurt and a little sweetener to taste<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_701_12\">Spread it over the top of each donut, and
