The genius addition of some quinoa in these Chicken Quinoa Meatballs in Veggie Sauce, works perfectly, make them filling too. I love it and always have a jar of it in my pantry. If you want to use canned tomatoes, then by all means do, but you can't beat the taste of fresh tomatoes. To peel them I don't bother blanching, I use this handy <span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2jQZZwm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">serrated vegetable peeler<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, which peels the skin of so easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"1027\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/TurkeyQuinoaMeatballs7.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Chicken Quinoa Meatballs in Veggie Sauce -
