Because we all need a quick breakfast occasionally, right? All that had to come next was the ingredients. I love sweet potato in my omelette or frittata, so the choice was pretty simple. Sausage, onion, sweet potato and eggs. It has a good source of protein and is both gluten and dairy free, plus suitable for those who are paleo or doing Whole30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you fill your mug, you want it at least \u00bd&nbsp;of the way full, that way when you add the whisked eggs (2 eggs should be plenty) it will rise to a decent height.
