(I always like to have apple sauce on hand, because it is great for sweetening baked goods for the kids without adding lots of sugar). Obviously calories in apple sauce will vary slightly, so be sure to double check the one you use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have time, you could even make some homemade apple sauce for this Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal. I like <span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2i8srvT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sukrin<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, because it is the only sweetener I have found that has no aftertaste.
