The toffee and the chocolate was easy, but coming up with a biscuity base was the test. I usually just use some honey or maple syrup, but it's nice to know I can now use this and reduce the calories even further. Instead of sukrin you can use any sweetener of choice of course. coconut flour and mix together until you have a dough (it will feel slightly crumbly, but this is good)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_989_6\">Line a square 8inch pan with parchment paper<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_989_7\">Add the dough to the pan and flatten out so that it covers the whole base in equal thickness.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_989_8\">Pierce all over with a fork.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_989_9\">Place in the oven and bake for approx 14 mins till lightly golden.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_989_10\">Remove and allow to cool.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_989_11\">Add the maple syrup and coconut milk to saucepan over a medium high heat and continue to whisk until it becomes really bubbly and you can see it starting to thicken (approx 5 mins)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_989_12\">Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly until it looks likes a thick toffee sauce.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"12\" id=\"mv_create_989_13\">Drizzle this over the top of the biscuit base.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"13\" id=\"mv_create_989_14\">Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and place in the microwave for 15 secs at a time, stirred after each, until melted.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"14\" id=\"mv_create_989_15\">Drizzle this over the top of the toffee drizzled biscuit.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"15\" id=\"mv_create_989_16\">Then using a spatula you can pull the chocolate across the
