These Sweet Potato sausage rolls are really delicious. My kids aged 10 and 5 really loved these too, so I will be making them often. id=\"mv_create_976_5\">Add this to a food processor with 3 tbs of water and puree till smooth.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_976_6\">Preheat oven to 200c\/400f (gas mark 6)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_976_7\">Add the sweet potato to a bowl and mix in the salt, coconut flour and starch until all combine.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_976_8\">Line a baking tray with parchment paper and divide the sweet potato mix into 5 equal sized balls.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_976_9\">Take one ball and flatten it out on the parchment lined tray, shaping it into a rectangle approx 6 inches by 4 inches.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_976_10\">Repeat with other 4 balls.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_976_11\">Spray over the top with spray oil<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_976_12\">Bake in oven for 15 mins. Till they are just starting to go lightly golden and lift off easily as one sheet.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"12\" id=\"mv_create_976_13\">While sweet potato is in oven, spray a lidded pan over a medium high heat with some spray oil.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"13\" id=\"mv_create_976_14\">Add the onion and fry till softened and lightly golden.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"14\" id=\"mv_create_976_15\">Add in the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, little splash of water, thyme, and a pinch of salt.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"15\" id=\"mv_create_976_16\">Cover with lid and reduce heat and simmer until onion becomes caramelized.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"16\" id=\"mv_create_976_17\">Set aside to cool.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"17\" id=\"mv_create_976_18\">When sweet potato has cooked for approx 20 mins, remove and carefully using a spatula lift from the tray and before they cool, roll into pastry cases (just so they keep the shape)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"18\" id=\"mv_create_976_19\">Once onion has cooled, add to the ground pork, and season well with salt and black pepper and mix to combine.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"19\" id=\"mv_create_976_20\">Now take one of the sweet potato pastry sheets.
