It's like a drug, we know it's bad for us, but you can't help but crave it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their main burger loved by all is a Big Mac - beef patties, topped with chopped onion, pickles, American cheese and that special big mac sauce. Mix together.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_971_2\">Form into mini burger patties using burger press of by hand.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_971_3\">Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_971_4\">Preheat oven to 180c fan, 200c\/400f (gas mark 6)<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_971_5\">Add the potatoes to a saucepan of water. Bring to a boil, once it starts to bubble, turn off heat and leave in water for 3 minutes.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_971_6\">Drain, rinse under cold water, then pat dry between a clean towel or kitchen paper.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_971_7\">Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil spray.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_971_8\">Add the fries\/chips well spaced out onto the baking sheet, add a pinch of salt sprinkled evenly over the top and then spray over the top with more cooking oil spray<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_971_9\">Place in the oven and bake for about 40-45 mins until golden and crispy, turning over around the 25 minutes mark.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_971_10\">Season with more sea salt as needed.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_971_11\">While the chips are cooking in the oven<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_971_12\">Spray a frying pan over a medium heat with spray oil.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"12\" id=\"mv_create_971_13\">Add the mini burger patties and fry till browned.
