Syn Free Tomato and Garlic Pasta | Slimming World




Yield 2 servings

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly



  1. Spray a frying pan with some spray oil over a medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and fry for 3-4 mins
  3. Then add a little stock and continue to fry until softened and translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and fry for a further 2 mins.
  5. Add the tomatoes, a splash of red wine vinegar and a little bit of stock and simmer away, stirring every now and then until the tomatoes break down and become more sauce like.
  6. While the tomatoes are cooking, you can cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  7. When the sauce is ready, add the spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat
  8. Season with salt and black pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh chopped Italian parsley.
  9. Serve with a side salad and enjoy
  10. Optional: If you have a HEA spare, you can top with some grated parmesan, or a little synned vegan cheese if vegan.
