  1. If you have made hash browns in advance, you will need to warm up in the oven or finish cooking if you froze from half baked
  2. While hash browns are warming up
  3. Spray a frying pan with some spray oil and cook egg and bacon. (I cook the egg using a egg ring to keep it a perfect size for the sandwich)
  4. Top crispy golden hash brown with spinach 
  5. Add bacon slice
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes
  7. Add fried egg and season with salt and black pepper
  8. Top with crispy golden hash brown. 

Notes

Variation: Use ham or sausage instead of the bacon (or you could use these Sausage Patties. Got a Healthy Extra A spare? then add some cheese of choice.
