Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200c or 400f (gas mark 6)
  2. Cut Chips to the desired shape
  3. Add to a bowl, spray with cooking oil spray and toss to coat.
  4. Spread out a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Spray over the top again with spray oil
  6. Place in the oven and bake for approx 40 mins until lightly golden.
  7. Season with salt and  vinegar
