I recently returned from vacation to a nice little surprise in the post. It was a little gift from Slimming World USA, just to say thank you for my support.
The gift consisted of a Slimming World pen, a little Slimming World notebook (this will be really handy for keeping in my bag to keep note of my daily food diary), and also the new book “The Little Book of Menus” which can now be purchased online for the bargain price of $4.95 to online members (retail price is $6.95)
The “Little Book of Menus” is a fab little pocket sized book with 40 filling breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. This book would be a great buy for those who are new to the Slimming World plan, because of the little daily menu suggestions it gives and would also be a great buy for those who have been doing the plan for a while who need some inspiration to get back on track. I know many of us often struggle with ideas of what to have and this little book does it all for you.
It also gives the instructions for putting together any of the meals suggestion in the book too.
One recipe I will definitely be trying is the Peri Peri burger with fries and slaw.
Not only does this little book include daily menu’s, but it also has the basics of the plan too, so is great for grabbing out of your bag to refresh your memory on.
