Slimming Eats SP Weekly Meal Plan - Week 7
Here is week 7 of my SP meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with fruit of choice - syn free

Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup - syn free

Dinner: Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl (made with cauliflower rice instead of normal rice) - 2 syns

Tuesday

Breakfast: Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms with egg on toast - HEb

Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup - syn free

Dinner: Meatball Marinara Toast Cups with Butternut Squash Fries and salad - 1 HEb and ½ HEa and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: none
Healthy Extras: HEb and ½ HEa
Wednesday

Breakfast: Quick Breakfast in a Mug - 0.5 syns

Lunch: Watermelon and Feta Salad - HEa

Dinner: Creamy Chicken and Tomatoes with veggie noodles - 2 syns
Total Syns: 2.5 syns

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and Balsamic Tomatoes with Spinach - syn free

Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich - HEa, HEb and 3 syns
