Slimming Eats SP Weekly Meal Plan - Week 4
Here is week 4 of my SP meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, milk and fruit - ½ HEa and 1 HEb

Lunch: Asparagus Soup - syn free

Dinner: Fruity Chicken Curry and Roasted Cauliflower Rice - 1 syn
Total Syns: 5 syns
Healthy Extras: ½ HEa and 1 HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal with sliced apple, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tbs of maple syrup - 1 HEB and 2 syns

Lunch: Asparagus Soup - syn free

Dinner: Tuscan Beef Casserole with Cauliflower Mash - syn free
Total Syns: 2 syns
Healthy Extras: HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of fruit salad - syn free

Lunch: Cheeseburger Quiche and mixed salad - 1 HEa

Dinner: Chicken Meatballs in Hoisin Sauce with stir fried veg - 1 syn
Total Syns: 1 syn
Healthy Extras: HEa
Thursday

Breakfast: Bacon, Egg, Tomato and Spinach Sandwich - 1 HEb

Lunch: Cheeseburger Quiche and mixed salad - 1 HEa

Dinner: Baked Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes and Butternut Squash - 1 syn
Total Syns: 1 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Friday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs over Garlic Mushrooms with whole wheat toast - HEb

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Stove Top Pulled Pork with Coleslaw and Butternut Squash Chips - 2 syns
Total Syns: 2.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEb
Saturday

Breakfast: French Toast with Berries and Maple Syrup - HEb and 2.5 syns

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Chicken Parmesan with Veggie Noodles of choice - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 3.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Sunday

Breakfast: Bacon, mushrooms, eggs and grilled tomato - syn free

Lunch: Broccoli Cheddar Toast - 1 HEa and 1 HEb

Dinner: Slow Cooked Chicken , Roasted Paprika Butternut Squash, Yorkshire puddings, Syn Free Gravy and veg of choice – 1 syn
Total Syns: 1 syn
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
