Low Syn Prawn Puri | Slimming World

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly




  1. Heat the ghee in a frying pan over a medium high heat, add the mustard seeds
  2. Once they begin to pop, add the onion, garlic, ginger and a little salt and cook until softened.
  3. Add all the spices, mix together well and continue to fry for a few mins.
  4. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/3 cup of water and simmer until the tomatoes break down into to a sauce (approx 10 mins)
  5. Stir in the prawns and continue to simmer for approx 4 mins, until prawns are cooked through. (add a little more water if the sauce becomes too dry)
  6. Serve topped with chopped coriander and your choice of sides.
  7. Enjoy!!
