Last time I went to the US shopping, I brought back some yummy flavour Yoplait Yoghurts. Bit optimistic too as they were not syn free as hoped, they were 2 syns each. But 2 syns wasn't too bad, so still had them anyway.
Anyway went shopping in the US again this weekend. Picked up some 100 calorie pack pita crisps, in 3 flavours - multi grain, sea salt and cheddar. (They are yummy). Also picked at Target (the store) I spotted some Archers farms fat free yoghurts and was tempted by the Caramel Apple flavour. I thought I will just get a couple this time, incase they are syns.
Well I have just got one out of the fridge, put the nutrional information into my syns calculator and you guessed it, they are SYN FREE.
So I take off the lid, stick in my spoon and take my first taste. OMG it is so delicious, one of the best Fat Free yoghurts I have tasted. If full of flavour and really thick and creamy. How on earth is it syn free.
I will definately be buying some more of these on my next shopping trip over the border.
I will try and take a pic next time, when I have the other one.
