Low Syn Cheesecake Dip with Apple Nachos



Yield 2 servings

This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly



  1. Add the cottage cheese, vanilla and sukrin: 1 to a mini blender and blend till smooth (or you can add to a tall beaker and blend with a stick blender)
  2. Stir the chocolate chips into the mixture. 
  3. Add the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Crumble the digestive into fine crumbs over the top.
  5. Serve with the apple slices
  6. Dig in and enjoy!!


If you prefer you can use a lower synned biscuit of choice to reduce syns further. 

Dip Variations

  • Chocolate Cheesecake - Mix in a couple of tsp of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot or Cocoa Powder (remember to adjust syns)
  • Lemon Cheesecake - Mix in lemon extract instead of vanilla and use crumbled ginger cookies (remember to adjust syns)
  • Fruit Cheese - omit the chocolate and stir in some fresh berries and crumbled cookie of choice (remember to adjust syns)
  • Cookies and Creme - use crumbled Oreo's instead of the digestive (remember to adjust syns)
