Cookies and Cream Frozen Yoghurt
Serves 4
  • 3 cups (720ml) of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (60ml) of 2% milk (1.5 syns)
  • 6 oreos, crushed (16.5 syns)
  1. Add all ingredients (except the oreos) and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Add to an ice cream maker and turn on to churning until it is almost at ice cream consistency and then add in the crushed oreos.
  3. Divide into 4 equal sized servings and serve immediately.
  4. If not using all the frozen yoghurt, you can freeze in serving size portions, but take out and let to sit at room temperature for a little while until it become easy to scoop.
  5. If you don't have an ice cream maker, this can be added to tub and placed in the freezer, taking out at intervals to stir until you have a smooth frozen yoghurt.
