Low Syn Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup (240ml) of fat free plain Greek yoghurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • ¼ tsp of onion powder
  • ¼ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of dill
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbs of buttermilk (or if you can't get this you can use some milk)
  • salt and black pepper to season
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Season as need with salt and black pepper
  3. Store in a lidded tub in the fridge
