Extra Easy - 1 HEb and 1.5 syns per serving Green - 1 HEb and 1.5 syns per serving Original - 1 HEb and 1.5 syns per serving WW Smart Points- 8 Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats
Ingredients
40g/1.5oz of Oats - 1 HEb
2 tbs of Apple Sauce (I used a chunky one) - 1 syn
100g/1/3 cup of fat free vanilla yoghurt
¼ tsp of cinnamon
½ tsp of baking powder
1 tbs of sukrin gold - 0.5 syns
1 large egg
spray oil
Method
Preheat oven to 190c/375f
Grease a small oven proof dish with spray oil
Add to a bowl - the oats, apple sauce, yoghurt, baking powder, cinnamon, sukrin gold and egg and whisk to combine
Pour in the oven proof dish
Bake in the oven for 40 mins till set and lightly golden.
Serve with yoghurt of your choice and fresh fruit.
