Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats
Ingredients
  • 40g/1.5oz of Oats - 1 HEb
  • 2 tbs of Apple Sauce (I used a chunky one) - 1 syn
  • 100g/1/3 cup of fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbs of sukrin gold - 0.5 syns
  • 1 large egg
  • spray oil
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 190c/375f
  2. Grease a small oven proof dish with spray oil
  3. Add to a bowl - the oats, apple sauce, yoghurt, baking powder, cinnamon, sukrin gold and egg and whisk to combine
  4. Pour in the oven proof dish
  5. Bake in the oven for 40 mins till set and lightly golden.
  6. Serve with yoghurt of your choice and fresh fruit.
