Extra Easy - 1 HEb and 3 syns (plus little milk from HEa)
Green - 1 HEb and 3 syns (plus little milk from HEa)
Original - 1 HEb and 3 syns (plus little milk from HEa)

Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats
  • ⅓ cup/35g of oats
  • ⅔ cup/160ml of water
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened apple sauce - 1 syn
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp of all spice
  • ½ tsp of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • drizzle of milk from Healthy Extra A (can use a dairy free alternative)
  • chopped apple
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar (or use sukrin gold and deduct syns) - 2 syns
  1. Add the water to a saucepan over a medium high heat.
  2. Add the oats, apple sauce, cinnamon, allspice pinch of salt and vanilla extract
  3. Stir till oats are cooked and creamy (approx 5 mins)
  4. Add to a bowl, drizzle with milk (from HEa)
  5. Add apple
  6. Add brown sugar (or sukrin gold)
