Pear Crumble Yogurt Parfait

This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly

Extra Easy - ½ HEb and syns per serving
Green - ½ HEb and 2 syns per serving
Original - ½ Heb and 2 syns per serving

Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats
  • 40g/1.5oz of oats (can use gluten free ones) - 1 HEb
  • optional: pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup - 2 syns
  • 1 tbs of water
  • spray oil
  • 4oz/115g of cooked pear - 2 syns (or use cooked apple or other fruit)
or other fruit of choice
  • 1.25 cups (300ml) of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  1. Preheat oven to 200c/400f (gas mark 6)
  2. Add the oats, maple syrup, cinnamon (if using) and water to a bowl and mix well to coat.
  3. Spread out on a baking tray lined with parchment
  4. Spray over the top with spray oil.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for approx 15 min, till crisp and lightly golden.
  6. For the cooked pear, add 3 ripe pears, chopped to a small saucepan with a little bit of water. Place lid over the top and heat gently until they break down into more of a sauce.
  7. Divide the yoghurt between 2 glasses.
  8. Top with the cooked pear (or other fruit of choice)
  9. and sprinkle with the crumble topping.
  10. Enjoy
