Baileys Cookies and Cream Yogurt Parfait

Green - 7.5 syns (6.5 syns if you omit cream cheese)

  • 1 cup of fat free Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbs of low fat cream cheese (2 syns)
  • 2 tbs/30ml of Baileys Irish Cream (5 syns)
  • 2 Oreo cookies (5.5 syns)
  • Sweetener of choice (I used stevia)
  • 30g of light aerosol cream (3 syns)
  1. Add the yoghurt and cream cheese to a bowl.
  2. Whisk till smooth.
  3. Whisk in the baileys.
  4. Sweeten to taste.
  5. Add the oreos to a ziplock back, crush with a rolling pin.
  6. Add a ½ of the baileys mixture to two small glasses.
  7. Sprinkle with approx half of the crushed oreo.
  8. Add the other ½ of the baileys mixture to the glasses.
  9. Sprinkle with the other half of crushed oreo (reserving a teeny bit for the top).
  10. Top each glass with 15g of light cream.
  11. Sprinkle with the reserved oreo.
  12. Enjoy immediatiely
