Hi Brit Mum,
I was checing out your meal planner which is fab but i couldn’t find the recipe for chicken fingers or curried chicken salad on the blog. Could you let me know where i could get hold of them please??
The meal planner is for this week, so some of the things I haven’t made yet, so therefore the recipes are not yet on my blog. You will find heaps of other recipes for now though.. The chicken fingers recipe will be going up on my blog today as I am having those for lunch , and the curried chicken salad recipe will be added later in the week

I absolutely love your blog, and find it very inspiring.
I have printed off your recipes and placed them in a folder so that I can start to use them. Can I ask where you get your recipes from, do you convert from books, the internet etc or are they your own ones.
Keep up the good work.
Most are my own, some I get from books and adapt them to my liking and to make them low fat and healthy.

Hi the Ham and Potato scramble, was just some cooked cubed potato, fried on a pan with frylight then egg mixture added to make scrambled eggs, some chopped up ham and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
Found your site purely by chance but appears to be the much needed inspiration I have been looking for. Am based in UK and have been a SW member for some time but have lost focus through lack of ideas so your recipes and menu plans will be a great help. Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi, I love this site! Fantastic recipes. I’m a bit confused though on Monday of week one of the meal planner you have used HEA for milk in cereal for breakfast, and HEA in cheese for Quiche for lunch. I thought EE was only one HEA and one HEB? Forgive me if I am being dense x
