Spinach Pasta Bake
Slimming Eats Recipe
Green – 1 HEa per serving
Extra Easy – 1 HEa syns per serving
250g of rigatoni pasta (or similar), uncooked
couple of handfuls of baby spinach
56g of parmesan, grated (2 HEa’s)
42g of mozzarella (1 HEa’s)
350ml of homemade pasta sauce (click link)
Preheat oven to 200c or 400f (gas mark 6)
Add the pasta to a saucepan of boiling hot water and cook until al dente.
Drain and Stir in the sauce.
Add to an oven proof dish and scatter with some baby spinach. Mix loosely.
Top with the cheese and bake in to oven until cheese has melted on top and is nice and golden.
Serve and Enjoy!!!
