Syn Free Spicy Beef, Beans and Rice | Slimming World

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spray a large frying pan over a medium high heat with some spray oil.
  2. Add the beef mince, onion and garlic and fry until browned
  3. Add in remaining vegetables, tomato paste, spices, season with salt and black pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Add the rice, beans and stock and bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Turn off heat, leave covered for additional 10 mins.
  6. Stir through some chopped cilantro (coriander)
  7. Serve and enjoy!!
  8. If you have a HEa spare, this is great served with a sprinkle of grated cheddar on top.
