Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 9
Here is week 9 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with fruit of choice - syn free

Lunch: Creamy Tomato and Orzo Soup - 3 syns

Dinner: Garlic Hasselback Potatoes topped with cheese and served with salad- HEa and 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 4.5

Tuesday

Breakfast: Pina Colada Overnight Oats - HEb and 1.5 syns

Lunch: Creamy Tomato and Orzo Soup - 3 syns

Dinner: Sweet Potato, Vegetable and Lentil Chilli with Syn Free Chips and salad - HEa
Total Syns: 4.5
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: Mushroom omelette - syn free

Lunch: Roasted Vegetable Frittata - HEa and 1 syn

Dinner: Homemade Baked Beans with Toast - HEb (plus syns for butter if using)
Total Syns: 1
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: Garlic Mushrooms on Toast - HEb

Lunch: Creamy Vegetable Soup - 3 syns

Dinner: Roasted Vegetable Frittata with Syn Free Chips - HEa and 1 syn

Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal - HEb and 1.5 syns

Dinner: Spinach Pasta Bake with salad - HEa

Saturday

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, Avocado and Tomato Toasts - HEb and 2.5 syns
