Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan – Week 28
We are now on week 26 of these amazing meal plans for you to choose from. Feel free to come back and leave a comment with any suggestions.
Don’t forget there are also some SP and Vegetarian meal plans to choose from too. These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you, if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday
Breakfast: Baked Egg and Ham with Balsamic Tomatoes – HEb
Lunch: Red Lentil Dhal with Roasted Cauliflower Rice – 2 syns
Dinner: Lebanese Chicken with Roasted Peppers and Rice – syn free
Total Syns: 2 syns
Healthy Extras: HEb
Tuesday
Breakfast: Fat Free Yoghurt of choice, with berries and Grape Nuts – HEb
Lunch: Red Lentil Dhal with Roasted Cauliflower Rice – 2 syns
Dinner: Stove Top BBQ Pork with Syn Free Chips and Salad – 1 syn
Total Syns: 3
Healthy Extras: HEb
Wednesday
Breakfast: French Toast with fruit and Maple Syrup – 1 HEb and 2.5 syns
Lunch: Hawaiian Style Couscous – syn free
Dinner: Beef Stroganoff with rice – syn free
Total Syns: 2.5
Healthy Extras: HEb
Thursday
Breakfast: Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal – HEb and 5.5 syns
Lunch: Hawaiian Style Couscous – syn free
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne with Syn Free Chips and salad – syn free
Total Syns: 5.5
Healthy Extras: HEb
Friday
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and fruit salad – syn free
Lunch: Curried Chicken Rice Salad – 2.5 syns
Dinner: Spicy Mexican Lasagne with salad – HEa
Total Syns: 2.5

Saturday
Breakfast: Omelette and Grilled Tomatoes– syn free
Lunch: Curried Chicken Rice Salad – 2.5 syns
Dinner: Moussaka Meatballs with Garlic and Herb Potatoes and veg of choice – HEa and 3 syns
Total Syns: 5.5
Healthy Extras: HEa
Sunday
Breakfast: Breakfast Quiche – 1 HEa and syns depending on sausages used (or use bacon for syn free)
Lunch: Chicken, Bean and Rice Soup – syn free
Dinner: Lemon Chilli Chicken with Rice and additional veg of choice – syn free
Total Syns: ?
