Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 21

That is 21 weeks of delicious meal plans for you to choose from, how amazing is that? Now also with SP and Vegetarian meal plans being added too. These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette - syn free

Lunch: Pasta with Homemade Pasta Sauce and salad - syn free

Dinner: Swedish Meatballs with Gravy with Mashed Potato and veg of choice - 1 syn per serving
Total Syns: 1 syns

Tuesday

Breakfast: Fruit with Yoghurt and HEb cereal bar of choice - HEb

Lunch: Pasta with Homemade Pasta Sauce and salad - syn free

Dinner: Chicken Drumsticks in Peanut Sauce with rice and stir fry vegetables of choice - 3 syns
Total Syns: 3 syns

Wednesday

Breakfast: Breakfast Potatoes with Eggs and Grilled Tomatoes - syn free

Lunch: Spicy Eggplant and Tomato Soup - 0.5 syns

Dinner: Salmon and Leek Pasta Bake with salad - HEa
Total Syns: 0.5 syns

Thursday

Breakfast: Breakfast Potatoes with Bacon and Grilled Tomatoes - syn free
