Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 20
Here is week 20 for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
That is 20 weeks of delicious meal plans for you to choose from, how amazing is that? Now also with SP and Vegetarian meal plans being added too. These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg and Spinach Sandwich - 1 HEb

Dinner: Chinese Pork with Egg Fried Rice and Stir Fried Veg - 3 syns

Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup - syn free

Dinner: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (no rolls), with salad and Syn Free Chips - 1 syn

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with fruit of choice - syn free

Lunch: Bacon and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Pulled Pork Pizza (with leftover pulled pork) with salad and Syn Free Chips - HEa, HEb and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 0.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: Bacon, Tomato and Spinach Sandwich - HEb

Lunch: Bacon and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Creamy Vegetable Pasta Bake - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns
