Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 19

We are almost at 20 weeks of delicious meal plans for you to choose from, how amazing is that? Now also with SP and Vegetarian meal plans being added too. These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Cherry Almond Baked Oatmeal - 1 HEb and 4 syns

Lunch: Beef Vegetable Barley Soup - syn free

Dinner: Chicken Quinoa Meatballs with Veggie Sauce a mixed salad and Syn Free Chips - syn free
Total Syns: 4 syns
Healthy Extras: HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal with sliced apple a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tbs of maple syrup - 1 HEB and 2 syns

Lunch: Beef Vegetable Barley Soup - syn free

Dinner: Aubergine Lasagne with a mixed salad - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 2.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, fruit of choice and yoghurt - syn free

Lunch: Chicken and Spinach Quiche and mixed salad - 1 HEa

Dinner: Crispy Potato Topped Meat Pie with green beans - syn free
Total Syns: 0 syns

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, yoghurt and fruit - HEb

Lunch: Chicken and Spinach Quiche and mixed salad - 1 HEa

Friday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs over Garlic Mushrooms with whole wheat toast - HEb

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Stove Top Pulled Pork with Coleslaw and Syn Free Chips- 2 syns
Total Syns: 2.5 syns

Saturday

Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash Brown Breakfast Stacks - 0.5 syns

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Sausage and Bean Pasta Bake with salad - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 1.5 syns

Sunday

Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash Browns with sausages, mushrooms, eggs and grilled tomato - 0.5 syns+ (total syns depend on sausage used)

Lunch: Sausage and Bean Pasta Bake with salad - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns

Dinner: Slow Cooked Chicken , Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Syn Free Gravy and veg of choice – 1 syn
Total Syns: 2+ syns
