I am so excited about my weight loss for this week.
I don't normally dedicate a new post just to my weight loss, but this was definately worthy of it's own post.
After my 4lb gain last week due to my week and a bit holiday away. I got myself straight back on track, made sure I had lots of filling free foods and used ALL my syns everyday. Also got out the workout DVD.
and my loss for this week was 6LBS. WOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
I did have to get on and off the scales a few times just to check as I couldnt believe it lol. So of course I am really motivated now.
Also as I have dedicated a post just for this. I also thought I would share with you some of the Non food treats I treated myself to over the weekend. I mentioned before just how much treating yourself to a little something that is a non food item can motivate you just as much as losing that bit of weight.
So my first treat at the weekend was a new handbag. Nothing special, just plain black. But it has lots of space and all the compartments I need.
and my other special buy was the "Cook Yourself Thin" cookbook (US version). I can't wait to try some of the recipes.
Alongside the book. I also bought a Recipe Journal. A buy I would highly recommend to everyone. It has sections for all the different types of meals i.e. appetisers, main course etc and you can write down all your tried and tested recipes. So now I can jot down all the ingredients, when I am developing new recipes for Slimming Eats.
It can sometimes be hard to motivate yourself when doing Slimming World online and with no Slimming World classes to go to where you get that face to face support. So my advice to you this week is treat yourself to a little something, you will be surprised at the little motivation boost it gives you.
