Mustard Salmon

Slimming Eats Recipe

Serves 2

Extra Easy – 1 syn per serving

Original – 1 syn per serving

Ingredients

2 salmon steaks/or fillet portions

2 tablespoons of extra light mayo (1 syn)

2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard (1 syn)

1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Method

Preheat oven to 180c or 350f

In a bowl mix together the mayo, mustard and salt

Place salmon portions on a foil lined tray

Spread mayo mixture over the top.

Seal up the foil around the salmon

and bake in the oven until cooked, approx 20 mins

Is great served on a bed of salad or with your own choice of sides.
