Low Syn Creamy Chicken Mushroom Tomato Pasta Bake

Creamy Chicken Mushroom Tomato Pasta Bake - rustle up this amazing tasty pasta bake for dinner this week and impress the whole family.



  1. Add the pasta to a saucepan of boiling hot water and cook until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Spray a frying pan over a medium-high heat with cooking oil spray.
  3. Add the chicken and onion and fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for a few additional moments.
  5. Add in the tomato paste, thyme, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cream cheese and stock and stir until the cream cheese is all melted into a creamy sauce that coats the chicken and mushrooms.
  6. Season as needed with salt and black pepper.
  7. Preheat oven to 200c/400f
  8. Add the pasta to an oven proof dish, add in the chicken with creamy sauce and mix to combine.
  9. Top with the mozzarella and bake in the oven for approx 30 mins until the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
  10. Optional: sprinkle with some chopped fresh parsley
  11. Serve and enjoy!!

Double check the syn value of the low fat cream cheese you use, as different brands can vary in syn value.
