I am back!!! – Some of you may of not even noticed it was a little quiet on here.
Well I have some news, back in April of this year I gave birth (well I say gave birth, but it was actually a planned c section) to my beautiful daughter. I was pleased to of only gained 16lb through the whole pregnancy as I gained about 3 stone when pregnant with my son. I was back to my pre pregnancy weight and fitting back into my pre pregnancy clothes, not long after my daughters birth. Impressive eh?
However a string of visitors and of course having to look after a newborn, meant my weight started to creep back up again. I thankfully have put a halt to that and the damage is approx 10lbs, so not too bad, it could of been a lot worse.
I am hoping now my little girl is almost 4 months old, that I will be able to get focused and back on track, so keep an eye out for lots of new recipes and posts. I have added a few new sections, such as the "groceries" tab where I will be sharing my lovely grocery shops with you all. I also now have a "food diary" tab, where I will be sharing my daily food diary. It is mostly so that I can make sure I am keeping on track, as writing it all down, means I am less likely to stray of course, hopefully anyone reading will find it useful too.
I had 36lbs to lose to get to target before I got pregnant, so now with the 10lbs on. I now have 46lbs in total to lose. Should be able to reach that goal in 2012, right??
Thank you everyone for all your support and great comments since I started this blog. I am glad so many of you are enjoying my recipes.
