Instructions

  1. Cut the two slices of bread into 4 triangles. Set aside
  2. In a shallow dish, add the egg, milk, sukrin (sweetener), cinnamon and vanilla extract and whisk till combined.
  3. Add the bread slices and swirl around in the egg mixture, until the bread is fully soaked. 
  4. Spray a frying pan over a medium heat with spray oil
  5. Add the dipped bread and cook for a couple of minutes each side, till golden.
  6. Serve on a plate, topped with fruit, yoghurt, drizzle with the maple syrup and dust with a 1/4 tsp of icing sugar.

Skimmed Milk: 0

Double up the recipe to serve more.
