Crab Stick Salad
This is such a quick and easy salad to do and is really delicious.
Serves 1

Original – 4 syns
Ingredients
6 small crab sticks or 3 large ones, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of French onion dip (The variety I used was 3 syns for 2 tablespoons and is well worth it for the flavour)
Romaine Leaves
Beetroot
Cucumber
2 tablespoons of low fat croutons (1 syn)
Method
Finely chop the crab sticks. Add them to a small bowl and mix in the 2 tablespoons of French onion dip.
Plate up all the over ingredients for the salad, top with the crab stick mixture and Enjoy.
It is a simple as that to make and you can also add various other salad items to the dish if you wish. Is great as a jacket potato topper or served on fresh toasted bread or crispbreads if you have a HEb spare.
